Strike WOW

We were sooo lucky to end our eventful short week with an amazing performance from Strike Percussion. A big thank you to the incredible Strike team, they were funny, engaging and inspiring. It has taken a little time but I have now recovered from my unexpected solo.....definitely out of my unrhythmic comfort zone!!

Check out the budding musicians, or drummers, if any parents are keen. It was interesting that the Stike musicians all started out as pianists (might have to rethink my 13year olds piano lessons, although we always want our children to succeed where we have failed and if she is ever in a solo contest in front of 200 children she will have nothing to worry about!). It was pretty special to see the movements and responses of the kids to the music, hopefully it made for great dinner time conversation ....enjoy tomorrow's forecasted sunshine at your Saturday sports and have a wonderful weekend.
